Specification documents

A part of the construction agreement, this is another important document required to bring a project through to completion. All materials that go into a project are listed—concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, exterior and more. The contractors need to know what to use and where to use it. That is our job.
